Machine Structure
Conveying belt feeding part

The feeding part consists of a servo motor, a speed reducer, a synchronous belt transmission system, a pneumatic clamping device, a tensioning device, and a conveying belt. The conveying belt is resistant to die cutting.

Pneumatic parts
Material clamping, cutting die fixing, and PP cutting board micro movement (optional) are all achieved through both electric and manual operations:
a) The cutting die is fixed from the left side of the machine and will be clamped automatically.
b) The conveyor belt has an automatic edge alignment function, controlled by an air cylinder.
c) Material positioning, feeding, and clamping can be achieved through air cylinder control.
Cutting die setting system
Controlled by a servo motor and PLC, the cutting depth can be automatically adjusted to ensure the service life of the PU belt.
The electrical part
The main control cabinet is positioned on the right side of the machine (its placement is determined by the buyer to suit on-site requirements).
