Flame Laminating Machine for Foam/Fabric
The flame laminating machine is used for laminating flame-retardant foam with other materials, such as fabric, foam, EVA, leather, velvet, plush, polar fleece, synthetic leather, etc.
To laminate this type of fire-retardant foam, there is no need for glue or chemicals, as the surface of the foam melts and becomes sticky when exposed to heat, acting as an adhesive to bond with other materials.
Machine Features
Working Process
This process involves passing the foam or EVA over a flame produced by a flame bar, which creates a thin layer of adhesive on one side of the foam or EVA. The material is then quickly pressed against the foam or EVA, resulting in a strong and durable bond.
Fuel Type
The system uses natural gas or liquefied gas. With high integrity and long-term adhesive durability, the laminated materials have a pleasant touch and are dry-washable.
Water Cooling System
A key feature of this lamination system is its water cooling system, which effectively enhances the lamination process by regulating the temperature and ensuring optimal bonding of materials. This results in smoother and more uniform lamination, improving the overall quality of the finished product.
Air Exhaust Diaphragm
The system includes an air exhaust diaphragm that effectively eliminates any unpleasant odors produced during the lamination process, ensuring a more comfortable and pleasant working environment.
