This lamination machine consists of a constant-tension non-woven feeding unit, a hot melt glue spraying device, an activated carbon scattering device, a laminating device, and a rewinding device, among others.
General Principle: Hot melt adhesive is sprayed in fibrous form onto the base material, and carbon materials are scattered onto the adhesive surface. This process facilitates attachment and laminating an additional layer of base material using hot melt adhesive. Compared to traditional methods involving pre-stirred carbon and powder, this new spray-scatter technology eliminates the need for a high-power drying oven. The amount of hot melt adhesive and powder can be adjusted according to user requirements.
It is suitable for non-woven-carbon-non-woven laminating using hot melt glue. This technology is widely used in automotive interiors, filter consumables, home furnishings, building decoration materials, and other industries.
