Components of Laminating Machine

The Hot Melt Glue Laminating Machine typically consists of several key components that work together to facilitate material feeding, gluing, laminating, and product rewinding. These components may include:

1. Unwinding trolley: Mainly consisting of a pneumatic shaft, safety chuck, farmer brake, and aluminum alloy fabric guiding shaft, designed to achieve constant tension during unwinding.

2. Fabric feeding, conveying, and tension control unit: Composed of an active feeding rubber roller, aluminum alloy guiding roller, and hydraulic edge alignment system to ensure constant tension during feeding and maintain proper edge alignment.

3. Active film feeding unit: Includes an active feeding rubber roller, pneumatic shaft, silicone article fabric opener, motor, and inverter, used for synchronous active feeding of film.

4. Film Carrier Reclaimer: Composed of a pneumatic shaft, motor, inverter, etc., used for reclaiming the film carrier.

5. Tension control before gluing: Features a swaying arm-type tension controller with an angular transducer, ensuring constant tension before the gluing process.

6. Glue melt unit: Includes a 200L PUR glue melter with a speed of about 120kg/h and glue amount ranging from 10-120kg/h.

7. Conduction oil heating system: Equipped with an 18kW oil heater that heats the oil via heating tubes, then pumps hot oil to the equipment.

8. Hot melt glue dot transfer device: Features a dot-shaped gluing roller, steel knife, steel scraper, silicone roller with cooling, glue stopper (gap adjustable), cylinder for adjusting the gap between scraper and gluing roller, turnover device, gluing washing channel, and motor drive. This device transfers hot melt glue onto fabric in dot form while keeping the glue molten.

9. Laminating unit: Composed of a pressing roller with a cooling device, pressing rubber roller, pressing cylinder, and gap adjustment mechanism between two rollers. It is used for laminating two layers of fabric using pressure from steel and rubber rollers.

10. Cooling roller: Includes two water-cooled rollers with an inverter, enabling rapid cooling of laminated materials.

11. Edge cutting device: Includes two cutting knives (on both the left and right sides), used for trimming the edges of laminated products, with adjustable width via screws.

12. Rewinding tension control device: Features a swaying arm-type tension controller with an angular transducer, ensuring constant tension of the laminated material before rewinding.
