Blackout Film and Curtain Fabric Laminating Machine
It uses hot melt glue to laminate blackout film and curtain fabric. It can also be used for sofa fabric, sports coats, mattress materials, garments, underwear laminating, etc.
Gluing methods include dot coating, mesh coating, full coating, etc. Different engraving roller designs can be chosen to achieve varying glue amounts.
The machine's working width ranges from 1600 to 3600mm and can be customized based on requirements. A special tension control device and edge guiding device can be added for stretch fabrics.

Heat conduction oil heating system: An 18 kW oil heater is included in the machine. The system uses heating pipes to heat the oil, which is supplied to the machine by a pump. The oil flows from the pump to the cylinder and the coating, and then returns to the oil-gas separation cylinder, ensuring continuous circular heating.
