Adopt the glue point transfer method to ensure the glue is transferred to the lining evenly in dot form, then laminate it to the surface fabric, and vice versa. Suitable glues: solvent-based glue / PU glue.

• Glue is transferred evenly to the material surface via an engraved roller (in dot, diamond shape, or other shapes). Therefore, the laminated materials are soft, waterproof, and breathable.

• The glue quantity is determined by two factors: the distance between the glue roller and the glue scraping blade (controlled pneumatically), and the mesh of the glue roller chosen for the laminating machine.

• Special high-temperature-resistant and anti-rust Teflon paper on the drying roller surface protects the materials' original and unique features and characteristics, while preventing the glue from sticking to the roller of the laminating machine.

• A special film unwinding device and film carrier reclaimer are installed on the upper plate, facilitating operation while saving space. The glue can be transferred onto film or another fabric before laminating, offering more options.

• The efficient cooling device enhances the lamination effect, significantly improving product quality and saving costs.
